How This Card Came Together
Three of the night’s bouts were rematches — Elliott Morrow vs. David Torres, Nathan Countourotis vs. Nico Licen, and Mia Gibson vs. Daniele Downen — and in each case both camps wanted the return rather than had to be talked into it.
The super heavyweight bout was a dual title fight because of who held the belts: Alberto Montano carried both the WFC and the RSMT straps, so the two promotions coming together made a single unified defense possible. He faced Garrett Boyer.
Not every matchup survived camp intact. Zachary Flores stepped in on short notice to face Jacob Bolanos after the original opponent fell out, and Carlos Fernandez took the bout with Aiden Shuker at 150 lbs as a late injury replacement — two of several changes on a card that RSMT chose to rebuild rather than quietly soften.

How this card differed from an RSMT event
WFC 194 x RSMT was co-promoted with World Fighting Championships and held at Hard Rock Live Sacramento, rather than at Elk’s Lodge #6 in Sacramento where RSMT 14, 15 and 16 were held. It carried a WBC USA National Championship in the main event, sanctioned by WBC Muaythai USA; RSMT’s own cards are sanctioned by the IKF.
Of the fourteen bouts, four were professional and ten were amateur.
